A Furniture Question
“I’m looking for a functional and inexpensive sideboard to put in my dining room. Typically I’d wait until I can afford to buy a forever piece but I really need a piece of furniture in there for storage reasons. I’m not looking to spend more than $500 and there are SO many options on sites like Amazon and Wayfair within this price range but I’m completely overwhelmed. For size - the length is flexible but the width really can’t be more that 15th inches or it will run into the table - I recognize that is quite thin! Let me know if anyone can help.”

A Paint Question
“Paint color help, please! I’d like to paint my living room built-in bookshelves but do not know where to start. In addition to the paint color I’d also like guidance on what portions of the bookshelves and walls specifically should be painted. I’m also considering installing grasscloth on the back wall of the shelves and would like guidance on that choice and color. Thank you!”

A Flooring Question
“I need help with the vision of this room. Our home is a Spanish bungalow. We really want an indoor/outdoor feel in this room. We are finally replacing this horrible carpet and are thinking hardwood is our best bet. The only thing I love in this room is that ceiling so I’d like to avoid painting it. I’m curious what color hardwood would be best? We are planning to paint the room white and replace the furniture as well.”
